1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from www.ssplumbingandhardware.com or our physical store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Services We sell plumbing parts, hardware, tools, fixtures, pipes, valves, hot water tanks, and related home improvement goods. We also offer special orders and tool rentals. Product availability may vary between our online store and physical location.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Special Orders Special orders may require a deposit and are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier. Lead times vary and are estimates only.
5. Tool Rentals Tool rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment. Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Generally, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Special order items and electrical/plumbing parts that have been installed are non-returnable.
7. Shipping & Local Pickup Online orders may be shipped or picked up in-store at 11470 Joseph Campau St, Hamtramck, MI 48212. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.
8. Limitation of Liability SS Plumbing & Hardware is not liable for improper installation of products, consequential damages, or losses arising from product use. Always consult a licensed professional for plumbing and electrical work.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
